In addition, GFWC is able to track and promote national legislation that is relevant to the mission and scope of GFWC Resolutions and member interests. This is a vital piece in promoting GFWC as a national leader on the major issues that face our nation. A DAY AT THE CAPITAL
Join us in Springfield for speakers, a tour of the recently restored Capitol building, lunch at the Executive Mansion and much more! With Election Day approaching, it could be a very interesting time to be there. Registration will be 8:30 am – 8:55 am in the Auditorium of the Howlett Building, 501 S. Second Street.
Anticipated Speakers – PCA Illinois, Illinois Coalition Against Domestic Violence, Veteran’s Affairs, Women’s Issues and more. Candidates will be invited to speak.
