Hello GFWC IL Juniors! Wishing you all a wonderful 2015 ahead! January means REPORTING! Please be sure to reach out to your District Directors with ANY questions about reporting and they will be able to assist you. Watch our Facebook page as well for helpful tips from our Dean of Chairmen, Cherie Sieger – also known as The Reporting Fairy! Reports are due February 2, 2015 so please don’t delay.
Your Junior Officers are busy preparing for our next State Board meeting, which will be held on Saturday, February 28th at the Hilton in Lisle, IL. Chairmen and Directors, please join us for a wonderful day of friendship and loads of information on the GFWC IL Convention, which will be held at the same hotel May 14-16th, 2015!
Club Presidents in the Northern Region…the date has been set for our first President’s Retreat Day! We will be meeting at the gorgeous Hotel Arista in Naperville on Saturday, February 7th, 2015. Check-in will open at 8:30AM with the meeting starting promptly at 9:00AM. We will finish with lunch and wrap up by 1:30PM. Please mark this date down on your calendar and make plans to meet and network with other club presidents from the region. We would like to expand this program to clubs located in the Central and Southern Regions later this year, so please stay tuned!
